Yes, the HotelCard is a subscription. When you purchase a HotelCard membership, you enter into an non expiring contract.
Since the founding of our company in 2009, the majority of our members are very satisfied with our services and for this reason they always want the HotelCard in the following year. Therefore, the HotelCard membership is automatically renewed for another 12 months at the price of CHF 99. In the sense of fair and open communication, we inform our members about this fact very transparently and several times.
You can either terminate your membership yourself at the latest 14 days before expiry or renew it for 2 or 3 years and benefit from multi-year discounts!
