I have lost my HotelCard. What can I do?

To request a replacement card, please send an email to office@hotelcard.ch or contact our customer service by phone. 

 

The cost of a replacement card is 15 Swiss francs.

 

Please note that a physical HotelCard is not necessary. In order to fully use our service, you can easily use your digital HotelCard. You will find this in your profile after logging in on our website www.hotelcard.ch. With your HotelCard in digital form, you can book at all our partner hotels easily and quickly.
