Open our portal www.hotelcard.ch . Navigate to the "Buy the card" heading at the top left and select "Redeem Hotelcard voucher". Enter the voucher code in the field provided and click on "Apply". Then fill in the order form with your contact details. Press the "Order now" field to complete the order of your HotelCard.
If you have a voucher with a QR code in front of you, you can capture the code with your smartphone or tablet camera to activate your membership. You will then be automatically redirected to the redemption page.
Please note that a HotelCard voucher cannot be used to renew an active HotelCard and is only valid for new customers.
