How can I book a hotel?

After you have found a suitable hotel, you can enter your desired arrival and departure dates on the availability plan and send the booking request for the corresponding room. If this worked, you will directly receive an e-mail from HotelCard that the booking request has been sent. The hotel will then send you the binding confirmation within a maximum of 24 hours again by e-mail. 

Please note that there are also hotels that can be booked immediately. These hotels are marked with the words "instant book" in their title screen.

Per phone:

Some of our partner hotels also accept bookings by phone. To do so, mention on the phone that you are a HotelCard member. 

However, please note that booking directly via is preferred and not all hotels accept telephone booking. You can find the corresponding information on our website directly under the room type of the respective hotel.

Please also note that the HotelCard is personal and nominative, and therefore non-transferable. This means that the person whose name is on the card must be present during the stay.
