Cancellation conditions are individually defined by the hotels. You will find the corresponding information directly above the room price on the page of the relevant hotel on our portal. If a hotel has not yet provided its cancellation conditions, they will be communicated to you along with the response to your booking request.
You can cancel the reserved hotel yourself at any time in your HotelCard profile on our portal, provided that the cancellation is made within the specified timeframe.
If this deadline has already passed, or if the hotel has not yet provided cancellation conditions to us, we ask you to contact the hotel directly to clarify the situation. Many hotels waive cancellation fees in case of illness.
