Yes, HotelCard is a membership that renews automatically. By purchasing a HotelCard membership, you enter into a permanent contract.
Since our company's founding in 2009, the majority of our members are very satisfied with our services and therefore wish to keep their card for the following year. Therefore, upon expiration, the membership is automatically extended for an additional 12 months at the price of 99 CHF. In the interest of fair and open communication, we inform our members of this situation in an extremely transparent manner and on multiple occasions.
You can either end your membership at the latest 14 days before expiry or renew it for 2 or 3 years and benefit from multi-year discounts!
