I have lost my HotelCard. What can I do?

A physical HotelCard is not necessary. You can use our services at any time with your digital HotelCard. You will find it in your profile after logging in on our website www.hotelcard.ch. With your digital HotelCard, you can easily and quickly book all our partner hotels.


If you still wish to have a replacement card, please send an email to [email protected] or contact our customer service by phone at 0848 711 717. 


The cost of a replacement card is 15 francs.
